Hello, Mr. 26!
Happy New Year, everyone! As 2026 settles in, I thought of the defunct 2025 and everything I learned during that (not always) nice year:
⚘ I met people I admire a lot, and I realized that besides being great professionals, they’re also wonderful human beings.
⚘ I signed in courses and classes on subjects I don’t really know. They’ve made me think differently, and they wired me in some new ways I’m still discovering.
⚘ I taught really talented illustrators that are doing very well. Their work inspired me, and I'm really happy for them!
⚘ I discovered old movies with a different rhythm, and a less obvious way to tell a story. Two I hadn’t seen, and I now love are The Conversation and The Candidate.
This year, I hope to keep my sanity, and I want to notice the positive things around me. It feels so easy to give in to despair, and I find that truly scary. And, I’ll keep recovering my brain. I’m now eager to read long texts again, and I’m able to concentrate through a whole movie. I find that a good sign.
Have a nice start of the year!

Happy New Year Juliana! When you’re ready, I’m excited to hear about your book! Hope you have a good January!
Me encanta eso de tomar cursos de temas que no tienen nada que ver con uno, estoy muy de acuerdo en que nos cambia la cabeza y nos ayuda a pensar distinto.
Feliz comienzo de año!
