I erased Instagram from my phone two months ago, in an attempt to recover my attention span. I can say, it has improved. Sharply. But I didn’t delete my account. Instagram is still the place where I get info about book launches, workshops, and the whereabouts of friends and family members. Last week, though, I nearly clicked the delete button. Where is that lovely looking app where you could set a nice grid? It’s gone. I still think I’d miss the people there, so I’ve kept it. But I declare now, in this misty and rainy February, that I can’t stand that place. Zuck sucks.
Little bits
⚘ I’m happily spending hours on Procreate Dreams. It’s a lot of fun, and it’s very easy to do nice things with it. I’ll be sharing some little animations here, like this one:

I love your animation, it will be exciting to see more of it! The Mitten is so wonderful, it sent me searching for Cheburashka too. Seeing things made of something real feels extra special in a world of creeping AI slop
Me siento igual Juliana,¡un abrazo!
